★ DESCRIPTION
The house is spread over 3 levels:
On the ground floor, you will find the entrance to the house, a large bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room with WC.
On the first floor, you will enjoy a lovely living area leading to a large sea-view terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small laundry room.
Finally, on the second floor, you will find a second spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed.
★ HOUSE RULES
The house is non-smoking and is intended for families or respectful groups of friends.
This rental does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years old), parties, or celebrations.
★ BED LINEN
Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are provided.
★ CLEANING
A mandatory cleaning fee of €50 is to be paid on-site upon arrival. Thank you.
★ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
When possible, I am flexible with check-in and check-out times.
However, for a late check-out after 12 p.m., an additional fee will apply.
★ EXTRAS
- Bicycle rental available (free delivery to the property!)
- Massage service or yoga instructor available on-site.
