On the ground floor, you'll find the living room opening onto a flower-filled garden, a dining area and kitchen, a first bedroom with a double bed, as well as a shower room and separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are two beautiful bedrooms: one with a double bed, sink, and desk the other with two single beds.
In the basement, there is a laundry room.
★ HOUSE RULES
The house is non-smoking and intended for familiesrespectful groups of friends.
This rental does not accept groups of young people (under 25), parties,celebrations.
★ LINEN
Bed linen, bath towels, and tea towels are provided.
★ CLEANING
A mandatory cleaning fee of €50 is to be paid on-site upon arrival. Thank you.
★ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
When possible, I’m flexible with check-in and check-out times.
However, for check-outs after 12 PM, an additional fee will apply.

Ty Koad is a new, bright, and fully equipped house, designed to comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and nature.
On one level, the house offers a comfortable living space opening onto an enclosed garden, ideal for children or for enjoying meals outdoors.
You will find a living area, a dining corner, a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a utility/storage room.
The sleeping area consists of three beautiful bedrooms:
- A master suite with a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower room
- Two additional rooms with double beds.
- A second shower room and separate toilet.
Everything is designed to offer you a pleasant stay in a serene setting, close to the sea and coastal paths.
★ INTERNAL REGULATIONS
The house is non-smoking and is intended for respectful families or groups of friends.
