On the 1st floor: you will find 3 beautiful bedrooms (1 with a 160 bed & 2 with 2 90 beds), a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, double sink, and separate WC.
On the top floor: a master bedroom with a 160 bed, toilet and washbasin + office, ideal for teleworking.
The house is surrounded by a lovely fenced garden with a south-facing terrace.
The house is located in a small, quiet residential area.
★ INTERNAL REGULATIONS
The house is non-smoking and is intended for respectful families or groups of friends.
This location does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years old), parties or celebrations.
★ HOUSEHOLD LINEN
Household linen is provided (only bed linen and tea towels but NOT bath towels)
★ HOUSEKEEPING
The mandatory cleaning fees of 80€ are to be paid on site upon your arrival, thank you.
★ ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
When possible, I am flexible on arrival and departure times.
However, for a rental exit after 12pm, an additional charge will be requested.
★ EXTRAS
- Bicycle rental available (free delivery to accommodation!)
- Massage service or yoga instructor at home
