With its stone tower, atypical architecture and beaches at the foot of the house, it offers an exceptional setting for a family or friends' holiday on the Quiberon peninsula.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

Keriaker has retained all the charm of an old residence: stone, exposed beams, woodwork, characterful furniture and numerous maritime-inspired details.
The house has several warm living spaces, an equipped kitchen, a large dining room for family meals and a TV lounge located on the top floor of the tower.

On the ground floor:
- 2 double bedrooms with 140 cm beds
- 1 shower room with shower, sink and WC
On the first floor – 3 interconnecting bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and private shower room (shower, sink and WC)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and private bathroom (bath, sink and WC)
This part of the house is particularly suitable for children, teenagers or a single family.
In the tower:
- 1 bedroom with small double bed 140 cm
- On the top floor: lounge with television and shower room with shower, sink and WC

Enjoy the garden and its outdoor spaces for lunch, relaxing in the sun or playing as a family.
And above all, here, the sea is at the end of the garden and the beaches are accessible on foot in just a few moments. A privileged location to fully enjoy the coast and discover the Quiberon peninsula.

Parties and events forbidden.
Groups of young people under 25 years old not accepted.
House reserved for families and groups of respectful friends.

Sheets, bath towels and tea towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.
Mandatory cleaning fees of €150 are to be paid on site.
Cleaning fees include professional end-of-stay cleaning as well as washing of house linen.
