Just a 2-minute walk from Kéraude beach, you’ll love its spacious, light-filled living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and its 4 roomy bedrooms. Ideally located in the heart of Saint Pierre Quiberon, you’ll appreciate the proximity to restaurants, cafés, and shops. Enjoy!
This accommodation is offered by the concierge service Maison Magnifique, who warmly welcomes you with care and attention.
★ DESCRIPTION
On the ground floor, you’ll find a master bedroom (160 cm bed) with a shower and sink, as well as separate toilets. On the first floor: you’ll enjoy a large living area opening to the fully equipped and fitted kitchen, a small laundry space, and a WC. On the second floor: you’ll find 3 beautiful bedrooms (1 with a 160 cm bed, shower, and sink, 1 with a 140 cm bed, and 1 with 2 single beds), a shower room with showers and sinks, and a separate WC.
The house also has a garage that is at your disposal.
Please note that there is no garden or terrace.
★ HOUSE RULES
The house is non-smoking and intended for respectful families or groups of friends.
This rental does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years old), parties, or celebrations.
★ LINENS
House linens are provided (bed linens, bath towels, and dish towels).
★ CLEANING
The mandatory cleaning fee of 80 euros is to be paid on-site upon your arrival, thank you.
★ ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
When possible, I am flexible with arrival and departure times. However, for a departure after 12 PM, an additional fee will be requested.

Bicycle rental available (free delivery to the property!)
