★ DESCRIPTION
Located in Saint-Philibert, this spacious family home can accommodate up to 14 guests and is perfect for holidays with family or friends. Comfortable and welcoming, it offers plenty of space to spend time together: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a children’s playroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a generous dining area.
Outside, you will enjoy a large garden with a ping-pong table and foosball table. The house is also stocked with board games, children’s books, and beach equipment (buckets, shovels, small bodyboards, etc.), making it ideal for fun and relaxing family holidays.
On the ground floor, the spacious living room with fireplace, the adjoining playroom, and the kitchen all open onto the garden. You will also find a master suite with a double bed and private bathroom, as well as separate toilets.
The first floor is divided into two sleeping areas.
On one side, there is a master suite with a double bed, private bathroom, and separate toilet.
On the other side, you will find four bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds, and a dormitory with two single beds and one bunk bed. This area also includes a shower room, 1 bathrooms, and separate toilets.
The house offers Wi-Fi and a TV. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, while shops, restaurants, and coastal paths are all easily accessible.

Non-smoking property
Reserved for families and respectful groups of friends
Parties, celebrations, and groups of young guests (under 25) are not permitted
Pets are not allowed
★ LINEN
Bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided.
★ CLEANING
A mandatory cleaning fee of €150 is to be paid upon arrival.
This includes beds made before arrival, professional cleaning of the property, and professional laundering of all household linen.
★ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Whenever possible, we remain flexible with check-in and check-out times.
However, late check-out after 12:00 pm may incur an additional fee.
