Spacious and welcoming, the house offers beautiful living spaces spread over three levels. Its real asset: a top floor designed as a dedicated space for children, with a games room, television and bedroom that can accommodate up to 3 people.
★ DESCRIPTION
On the ground floor:
You will enjoy a beautiful living area with lounge and dining room, as well as an equipped kitchen opening directly onto a small terrace, pleasant for having a coffee or enjoying the fine weather.
A shower room that also serves as a laundry room as well as an independent WC complete this level.
On the 1st floor:
• 2 double bedrooms with Queen Size beds (160 cm)
• 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed
• 1 bathroom
• 1 independent WC
On the 2nd floor:
A particularly pleasant space for children and teenagers with a small games room, numerous games available as well as a television and sofa.
On this same floor is:
• 1 bedroom with 3 single beds
• 1 shower room adjoining with shower and WC
This layout allows everyone to enjoy their own space and makes Kerangoff particularly suitable for stays of two families with children or large families.
