Located by the water, this charming little house offers comfort and privacy. Fully renovated, you will appreciate its cozy and maritime décor. You can enjoy its garden and the stunning view of the Gulf of Morbihan. Less than 1 km from the center of Locmariaquer and just steps from the oyster farms, you’ll live to the rhythm of the tides, with your feet in the water.
★ DESCRIPTION
Situated on the Gulf of Morbihan, this recently renovated little house has all the comforts for an enjoyable stay:
On the ground floor, you'll find the living area opening onto the garden and sunny terrace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom with a toilet.
Upstairs, there is the first bedroom with a double bed and an unobstructed view of the sea, a second bedroom with two single beds and a small workspace with a desk, as well as a separate toilet.
The little house is part of a large property consisting of two houses (including Talhir) – you have your private access, a private terrace, and a private backyard.
The garden is shared when the owners of the main house are present, but they are very respectful of your space.
★ HOUSE RULES
The house is non-smoking and is intended for families or respectful groups of friends.
This rental does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years old), parties, or celebrations.
★ LINENS
Linens are provided (bed linen, bath towels, and dish towels).
★ CLEANING
A mandatory cleaning fee of 40€ is to be paid on-site upon your arrival, thank you.
★ ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
When possible, I am flexible with arrival and departure times.
However, for departures after 12:00 PM, an additional fee will be charged.
★ EXTRAS
- Bike rental available (free delivery to the property!)
- Massage service or yoga instructor available at home.
