Located on a quiet street near the village of Locmariaquer and Toul Keun beach, this recently renovated house offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant holiday with family or friends:
On the ground floor, you'll find the living area opening onto a large garden, a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a laundry room, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there is a separate toilet, a shower room, a bathroom, and three lovely bedrooms: one with a double bed, and two others with two single beds each.
On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a desk area, a baby cot if needed, and a shower room.
You also have access to the shed where you can store bicycles.
★ HOUSE RULES
The house is non-smoking and intended for families or respectful groups of friends.
This rental does not accept groups of young people (under 25), parties, or celebrations.
★ PARKING
You can park up to 3 cars on the property.
★ LINEN
Bed linen, bath towels, and tea towels are provided.
★ CLEANING
A mandatory cleaning fee of €80 is to be paid on-site upon arrival. Thank you.
★ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
When possible, I’m flexible with check-in and check-out times.
However, for check-outs after 12 PM, an additional fee will apply.
