Come and enjoy a wonderful vacation with family or friends in this fabulous house with a pool and garden. Just 5 minutes from St Pierre beach, you'll appreciate its large, light-filled living room opening onto the terrace, its fully equipped kitchen, and its 5 colorful bedrooms.
Ideally located 5 minutes from the village of Locmariaquer, you’ll love the tranquility and spaciousness that this house has to offer.
★ DESCRIPTION
On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a large living room opening onto the terrace, garden, and pool, a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a shower room with separate toilets, and one bedroom (160 cm bed).
On the first floor, you'll find 4 beautiful bedrooms (2 with 160 cm beds, 1 with a 140 cm bed, and 1 with 3 bunk beds), a large bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a relaxation area with a TV.
The house is surrounded by a lovely garden with a southwest-facing terrace.
You have a private parking area (4 spaces).
The beaches are 5-10 minutes by bike, and the village of Locmariaquer is just 5 minutes by car.
★ POOL
The pool is available from April/May to September/October and is heated.
★ HOUSE RULES
The house is non-smoking and is intended for families or respectful groups of friends.
This rental does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years old), parties, or celebrations.
★ LINENS
Linens are provided (bed linen, bath towels, and dish towels).
★ CLEANING
The mandatory cleaning fee is to be paid on-site upon your arrival, thank you:
- 130 euros in the low season
- 150 euros when the pool is in use
★ ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
When possible, I am flexible with arrival and departure times.
However, for departures after 12:00 PM, an additional fee will be charged.
★ EXTRAS
- Bike rental available (free delivery to the property!)
- Massage service or yoga instructor available at home.
