Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the village center of Locmariaquer, this home offers both comfort and generous space to relax and unwind.
★ DESCRIPTION
On the ground floor, you'll find a large, light-filled living room opening onto the terrace and garden, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge with TV, a first bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, a separate toilet, and a garage with a laundry area and foosball table for the (big) kids.
Upstairs, there are four spacious bedrooms, one shower room, one bathroom, a separate toilet, and a play area for children.
The house is surrounded by a lovely, enclosed garden—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The spa is available all year round.
★ HOUSE RULES
The house is non-smoking and intended for familiesrespectful groups of friends.
This rental does not accept groups of young people (under 25), parties,celebrations.
