Just a 5-minute walk from the port of La Trinité sur Mer, you will appreciate its spacious, light-filled living room opening onto the terrace, its fully equipped kitchen, and its 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms. Ideally located 5 minutes from the village center, you'll enjoy the peace and large spaces this house has to offer. Enjoy!

On the ground floor, you'll find a large living area opening onto the terrace, garden, and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry with a washing machine, dryer, and second fridge, a toilet, and the first bedroom (king-size bed 180) with its en-suite shower room.
On the first floor, you'll find 3 beautiful bedrooms (queen-size beds 160), a toilet, and a bathroom.
The house is surrounded by a lovely garden.
The pool is available from April/May to September and is heated.

The pool is available from April/May to September/October and is heated.
★ HOUSE RULES
The house is non-smoking and is intended for families or respectful groups of friends.
This rental does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years old), parties, or celebrations.
★ LINENS
Linens are provided (bed linen, bath towels, and dish towels).
★ CLEANING
A mandatory cleaning fee of 150 euros is to be paid on-site upon your arrival, thank you.
★ ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
When possible, I am flexible with arrival and departure times. However, for departures after 12:00 PM, an additional fee will be charged.
