Bright duplex on the first floor of a quiet residence.
You’ll have a lovely time in this recently renovated apartment. You will enjoy its well-equipped kitchen and charming living room filled with light, opening onto a small balcony.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, toilet, and a washing machine.
Upstairs, you’ll find the sleeping area with one double bed and two single beds.
The balcony has a small table and two chairs.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for your use.
The beach is just a 5-minute walk away!
★ HOUSE RULES
The apartment is non-smoking and is intended for families or respectful groups of friends.
This rental does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years old), parties, or celebrations.
★ LINENS
Linens are provided (bed linen, bath towels, and dish towels).
★ CLEANING
A mandatory cleaning fee of 40€ is to be paid on-site upon your arrival, thank you.
★ ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
When possible, I am flexible with arrival and departure times.
However, for departures after 12:00 PM, an additional fee will be charged.
★ EXTRAS
- Bike rental available (free delivery to the property!)
